bisher lief alles reibungslos, alle Produkte wurden geliefert. Nun habe ich mir letzten Samstag das Xiaomi Mi A2 lite (64GB) für 149,60 € bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Gerade kam eine Email an, dass die Versandart "FREE SHIPPING nach Deutschland Via Priority - Linie" doch nicht möglich ist und ich sollte doch 12,10 US$ bezahlen, mit der Info, es würden dann zusätzlich die Einfuhrsteuern anfallen. Damit ist der Preisvorteil hinfällig. Ich möchte den Kauf rückgängig machen/stornieren.
Hilfe: Wie reagiere ich jetzt, was muss ich wem schreiben, damit ich die 149,60€ wiederbekomme?
Diese Schritte habe ich noch nie gemacht, nicht bei Gearbest oder über Paypal, deshalb brauch ich Hilfe.

In order to ship the package to you, we need to ask to pay an extra shipping cost to change shipping method to Expedited Shipping.

1.Cancel your order and refund it on your wallet.
We will process the refund for this order and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g. If your item is 1usd = 2 points , 3usd=3*2 points => get 6 points etc)(Note:Orders paid with Wallet are not subject to extra points.)
You can use both your wallet and points to purchase your future products.
2.Cancel your order and refund it on your original payment method.
1) For paypal refund
Please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your Paypal account.
You can view the status of your refund from your Account History.

2) For credit card refund
We will complete the refund process within 7 to 14 working days, please contact your bank directly for the specific refund time frame.
Each bank and country may be different and any delays depend on your card issuing bank.
Please contact me as soon as possible and let me know if it is acceptable, so that we can process the order for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reply us within 2 DAYS. After this time frame, we will cancel your order and refund to your original provided account.
