Herr Doctor Phone, i don't know why you always misunderstanding us. I would first like to state that the LCD which send to you are all from original factory. I can not understand why you always say it is wrong, and does not provide a complete comparison pic of two screens, not half the comparison chart.
Anyway, we accept your return two times even though we got one is broken. We didn't ask for Compensation to you because we think Chinamobiles users is friendly. We know you wait so long, we understand your feeling, so we try our best to help you to contact the factory again and again to help you, but what you do to us? Always kept accusing us and didn't see our any efforts.
Ok, we know, customer is our god. No need to explain any more. Let's say the refund. I have asked our relevant staff, they have send the email to you to explain we will refund all in two parts. Plus a refund of $ 7 for the first time you returned, we have a total of three times refund to you.
The total refund is $59.49=$7+14.5+37.99. We have refunded $7 on July 3nd, $14.5 on Aug.20th, the rest $37.99 require Paypal manual operation which we have applied it, they may delay but it's not our fault, i also noticed that you rejected the $14.5 refund. I will informed our service manager to contact Paypal again to refund the rest to you. Please stop you all untrue remarks. You have right to not buy from us, but i think you should respect us, to reflect your noble character!!
