Die denken wohl , ich bin blöd - keine Ware erhalten und dann noch mal 110$ abdrücken - Respekt, das wirkt professionell.

(sorry, ich wollte keine Türken beleidigen. Jeder Händler auf nem Basar ist wohl tausendmal kulanter als gearbest)
Und jetzt bin ich auf Krawall gebürstet und will einfach mein Geld zurück.

Zweite Aktion: an die Öffentlichkeit gehen
Dritte Aktion: gearbest darüber informieren.
Vierte Aktion: So lange Krach machen, bis gearbest entweder einlenkt oder keiner mehr dort kauft.

This is very unpleasant for me.
You think, I am paying for the option to wait another 3 weeks for a mobile phone - that I will most likely never get.
None of Your two solution is acceptable for me.
1.You have sent a not correct declared parcel to Germany with a noncorforming device inside.
That's not my failure!
2. I have paid for a transportation Insurance. I never got the Phone! If You are not responsible in this case, the insurance have to pay the disadvantage.
3.I want the complete money back. I will never deal with your company again. It is not sure, that I get the next phone for the additional 110$!!!!
4 If I don't get the full refund, I will copy this ticket in all forums I can find. And I will warn every possible customer before to buy at gearbest.com .
Please let me know your decision.
