Ne der ist "inaktiv", also tot. Wäre das Phone auf Mute, würde gar nichts gehen an Tönen. Und den Touchsound kann ich defintiv hören.

Nur klingeln, trotzdem höre ich nichts. Midi ist eingestellt, also standard. Ok SMS vibrieren auch nur. Ob es nun wirklich am Mute Schalter liegt oder ist das was anderes?Dann schau mal unter

habe mich entschlossen mir das Pinphone zu holen und habs bei Allymobile mit 8gb für 155$ Doller gesehen allerdings steht in der Beschreibung fw 1.1.2 weiss einer ob das noch nich Aktualiesiert wurde in der beschreibung und sie vielleicht doch die 1.1.5 ausliefern hab den geschrieben aber bekomm keine antwort achja und kann man da wieder mit paypal zahlen ?

habe mir ebend mein Pinphone 3GS 4GB bei ssglobaltech für 178$ inkl. Versand bestellt.
Beim Schreiben mit der Firma bekam ich eine Mail mit folgendem Wortlaut:
Hello Ralf,
We understand what you meant. We are aware that there are sellers in the market who sell this model at significantly lower price.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer you with a better price because of the following reasons:
1. Unlike other sellers, we pay additional premium to the factory to provide us with the latest version firmware even though they still have unsold stocks for the older versions. We try to get the best for our customers and we are able to get firmware Version 116 dated 13 April now. We think that the investment is worthwhile as we could not imagine after spending so much money on the phone and waiting in anticipation, our buyers received an old firmware version of the phone.
2. On top of the above, we also paid additional premium to the factory to allow us to select a perfect phone for our customers. As you may be aware, out of 100 phones, there are only 2-3 that come without dead pixel. We have to make special trip, sometimes a few trips to the factory to just select the perfect phones for our customers. We guarantee that the phone we send you will come without dead pixel or your money back. Dead pixel can be very eye soaring and many sellers are selling this products without disclosing to the buyers. Dead pixel phones are normally rejected by the local market and hence, most of the sellers would prefer to sell it overseas because the chances of the phones being returned by buyers is lower.
Overall, we strive to get a perfect phone for our overseas buyers but there are additional costs involved. Our margin is the same as the other sellers but we took additional efforts to get a perfect phone for our buyers because customer satisfaction is our top priority. This is also the reason why many German buyers prefer to buy from us despite that our price is slightly higher - also they learnt from what other buyers have encountered with those sellers whom they purchased at lower price.

Wie man lesen kann ist im Punkt 1 die Rede von einer neuen FW 116, die seit dem 13. April erhältlich sen soll.
Werde mich dann mal melden, wenn mein Pinphone angekommen ist.............

is das auch das echte Pinphone ? dann würde ich das da bestellen hab aber keine lust auf ein clone clone ^^ hab ich ja schon gelesen das es das geben soll !

sounds as if you got a chinese firmware version.
type *#1234# and write down here what it says...
with the cable you will receive and the software you can download here, you got the means to change the firmware (as you know).
Other international Firmwares dont have these chinese desktop icons.
By now, it is impossible to change these icons or add new ones. You can only rename them, and, if they're running java programs, link them to other programs you have installed...
Last option is possible without flashcable.

with the cable you will receive and the software you can download here, you got the means to change the firmware (as you know).

first of all, it doesnt have special english "apps", the chinese ones are just missing.
Software is available here in the download section, both the firmware and the flashtool, and a video-explanation how to use all that (readback and nand-flash) is also available:

As you might have problems to find everything due to laguage difficulties, just ask as soon as you have that cable and we will help you along...
