ahh, wir haben jetzt fast ein endgültiges Datum!

Remember the in-store M9 demo units JW promised a while ago? Well, according to a dealer of a bigger Meizu store there are already two batches of M9s manufactured. The first batch said to contain 150 and the second one 120 units with "some small hardware changes". This particular dealer also said the promo units should arrive in the store before October 10 or even earlier than that.
Fingers crossed, let's hope they are going to send out prototypes to chinese tech sites like they did with the M8 so we can have some early reviews!

Ist ja quasi die perfekte Alternative zum iPhone 4. Also da wart ich lieber noch und kauf mir das Teil.

Wie siehts denn mit einer deutschen Version aus? Im Forum steht, dass eine modifizierte Version von Android 2.2 drauf ist. Aber nur Englisch und Chinesisch.

Werden die noch ne deutsche Version veröffentlichen, oder machen das dann irgendwelche "Fans"?

Es kommt ganz auf die Modifizierung von Android an.
Vielleicht funktioniert die jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale.apk die ja jetzt schon das M8 mit dualboot zu einem mehr oder weniger deutschem phone macht.

Aber ich glaube eher, dass sich irgendwelche FAns daran werfen würden und ich würds auch machen wenn ich wüsste wie das geht xD

WAs mich aber richtig aufregt zur Zeit sind irgendwelche Menschen, die meinen, dass Meizu clont. Meizu is ne eigene Marke und nicht irgendein billig cloner.

So guys, I wrote yesterday an E-Mail to Mezu.com and asked them some interesting questions. In the first answer of my question, I was not disappointed, because I can live with that. The first question was, if Meizu will be released with Chineese/English language, or multilanguage?
1) The version of M9 to be sold in our domestic market will come with Chinese/English language only. Perhaps the international version under plan may support multi-language, which depends on the original Android system itself.

Hm, eigentlich habe ich kein Problem damit. Das 3,4" Display des M8 ist sehr scharf und brilliant - auch im Vergleich zum i9000.

So, nun ahb ich gelesen, dass man sein M8 SE (Wohlgemerkt nur die Second Edition) mit ein "großen Rabatt" gegen das M9 tauschen kann, wenn es dann endlich draußen ist.
Ich habe wzar nur ein FE, aber es ist im mom auf dem weg nach CN, wo es wahrscheinlich mit einem SE ausgetaucht wird.

Das gerücht ist, das wenn man bereits ein M8 hat, und das M9 kauft man sein altes M8 zu Meizu zurück senden kann.
Dann nach ein paar monaten sollen angeblich nach und nach und je nach dem wie alt das M8 war teile zurück erstattet.
Aber ob das ausserhalb Chinas stattfindet, oder gar überhaupt stattfindet halte ich für fraglich.

Vorbestellen kann man es nicht, da Meizu generell nicht nach Europa vermarktet.
