Nr. 1 vollständig mit zweitem Cover, Key zum öffnen des Gerätes, wie auch Papiere ... naja in chinesisch, was solls.
Nr. 2 kein zweites Cover, kein Key zum öffnen, keine Papiere ... das Handy voller Fingerabdrücke, Handy geöffnet, der Akku ebenfalls voller Fingerabdrücke, mein Eindruck, ein Rückläufer ...
... hier der derzeitige Schriftwechsel dazu, den ich sicher gerne aktualisieren werde:

First, we got today message, that phone is today sent to us.
Looking outside, i saw it is received.
Problem ... it is an item, seems going back to you from another buyer.
There is no white Backcover in, no key to open cover, no papers.
The USB-cable is pressed into the little plastic back.
On the screen (on the plastic, think screen itsself is clean) are a lot of fingertabs.
I opened backcover with the key from the first handy i got before some days, to see is the handy itself okay ... on the accu also fingertabs, sulating tape is new and on. But i,m not able to get the accu out, think will be the problem which last receiver sended back.
If you allow and accept responsibility, i will carefull test to get the accu out with a screwdriver. If handy and accu o.k. and you make a better accetable price, i will hold it. If seeing handy or akku is not ok, or dosn´t work correctly, or there is no way for better price, so i would like to change it.

But first ... other handy was white cover, also 10 to 12 friends had it inside.
Fingerprints for Testing?! So you will tell me, someone in your house is testing a brandnew handy?!
For this he dosn´t take off the celulartape?!
Also i told there is no ejectpin - no comment
No papers inside - no comment
Also i asked to get out the battery with help off a screwdriver - no comment
Please read first mail again, and answer correct, think there is no one in your house which tests a new handy and will repack it in a way that it looks like a used handy.

Handy looks like bad refrubished, or one which is coming back from another buyer. Also the parts not complete. So i asked if you will make a better price for it.

There is no extra cover case in the contents.

4. You could first try to remove the battery with fingers, if you cannot, then please carefully try other equipment that will help.
Ich denke mal die letzte Rückantwort, weils einfach zu lästig wird, worauf Tinydeal aber nach meinem Eindruck baut:

I´m not shure, you know what you write in your mails.
Since 3 or 4 mails i tell you the handy you sended is not a new one, its an item, think, which was coming back from another buyer, so i asked, if funcionality is o.k., you will make a better price for it. You never told one word to this question!
Now to your last mail.
First to the covercase: If you really where looking to the ordernumber i told you, you would see, 5 days before ordering this handy, we ordered the same one. This one comes complete with second cover. Between i made request in 9 german forums and also where looking on sides off other chinese sellers, so as side of manufacturer. Takee 1 is always delivered with the second covercase!
Think, must not tell you that in all this forums a lot off people are following, what just here happens.
The Ejectpin, which wasn´t there, is not a greater problem, because, you know since first email, we here have a second Takee 1, if you dosn´t understood, also this Takee comes from Tinydeal!!!
I know, you deliver handy with chines manual and other papers in chinese. But - when i tell no papers, so i mean "no papers"!!!!!
You know, i where able, to see the accu, so you also clearly no, we have another ejectpin to open the handy, so think you really saw, we ordered some days before another one. Now you said ok, we carefully removed the accu with a screwdriver. We could see, the label made in china wan´t not correct inside, so that the accu also at this label. The person who has first time attempt to remove the accu, did this from wrong side, so that this side is a little bit twisted. After this we removed tape from accu and tested handy. It seems handy is working well, and damage at accu is also only outside.
Your mails make clear, there is not a bad service by problems, its i think really zero service.
Because we don´t want to know, what trouble it makes to send the handy back, we are living with the fact, we have princiaply a used handy, activate it and take in use.
The future for us will be: Tinydeal never ever
Think a lot of people which are following these process in forums will come to same meaning.
Also think, each other dealer, no matter, if german, chinese or any other country, would ask back to the problem and then tell sorry there happened a mistake, will you send back, or will you hold by a better price. You never said any word to the real problem!

Anmerkung: Ärgerlich, aber sicher nicht Verschulden von Tinydeal, der Schriftwechsel erfordert durch die Zeitverschiebung stetig pro Schreiben einen Tag.

Bleibt also jetzt abzuwarten, wie es weitergeht, eine echte Meinung dazu wird es also erst nach Abschluss des Schriftwechsels geben.
Meine Bitte an der Stelle ... Käufer von Takee 1 bitte einmal Responce, wie der Lieferumfang war ... und was mich interessieren würde ... ist das Handy neu wirklich in keinerlei Beutel, Tüte oder ähnlichem? Im Moment überlege ich halt, ob ich nun einen oder 2 Rückläufer hier habe, weil beide Handys lose, ohne Umverpackung im Originalkarton waren.

Abschließende Zusammenfassung und Meinung:
Das zweite Handy von Tinydeal war nach unserer Meinung eindeutig ein Rückläufer ... es fehlten Anleitungen, zweites Cover und der zugehörige Ejectpin. Die Folie des Bildschirms, wie auch der Accu waren mit Fingerabdrücken übersäät. Das Ladekabel war notdürftig wieder in die originale Haltefolie gewürgt. Der Acuu an einer Seite leicht verbogen, weil offensichtlich jemand versucht hat, diesen von der verkehrten Seite herauszuhebeln.
Tinydeal benutzt viele Worte, um auf dieses eigentliche Thema nicht einzugehen.
Da offensichtlich nicht in Sicht ist, dass sich Tinydeal dem eigentlichen Problem irgendwann annimmt, haben wir uns entschlossen, das Gerät in Betrieb zu nehmen, weil eine Rücksendung mit Austausch oder Rückerstattung vermutlich noch chaotischer wird.
Ebenso hoffen wir einfach mal, dass unsere beiden Geräte, die wir dort gekauft haben keine Probleme machen werden, da wir im Garantiefall nicht viel Freude erwarten.
In einem Satz: Unser Eindruck, Lieferung zügig und prompt, Service unter aller ...
