what do you mean with recovery mode?
Is there a way to test softkeys?
Normally you navigate the recovery menue with hardkeys only!

open a phone with press volume+ and power button at same time..
and a menu see..

1.reboot now
2wipe data and cache
and other 4 thing

it only see and if use volume button .. it only select up or down.. but need press from softkey to complete option..but softkey not working also here.. is this FW problem or hardware?

no! normally you use this menue at the following way:

navigate up/down by using volume+/- buttons
Enter menue by pressing Home(hardware)button

no when i press home button then menu hide and see a Image There write recovery and nothing happen.... and then if i press home button again then again show menu...

homebutton is for enter menue point in standard recovery...
when you have cwm than "power button" is for entering menue

but i don't know one recovery where you will need softkeys?
