I puchase phone from FCt now my phone Star Galaxy note 2 GT-N-7102 mt6577 android phone soft key not working

i think it's the problem you have still the wrong fw!

Please test this:
1. turn of phone
2. press and hold volume- and than power your phone on (while still holding volume-)
3. now a menue appears

4. press "home" button on your phone

know you should be in a menue where you can test your whole buttons (hard and soft)
please test if all work there!

I guess there ist a mistake in one of the files of /system/usr/keychars/ or /system/usr/keylayout - or if there is something wrong in your Framework.
Is this the stock Firmware of your phone?

the buttons did not work in this menue too?!?? If so it seems your phone is corrupt?

But please make a screenshot of droid tools, while you connect your phone with usb debugging! (don't forget to blur your imeis)

1.i reset my phone into factory mode.. soft button not working..
2. press and hold volume- and than power your phone on (while still holding volume-) in this process .. menu home and back not working

i try to make a picture....think we're talking about two diffrent things!

in first Picture you see the factory modus (the menu you will see when you power your phone while holding volume-)

in second picture you see the menue when you press "homebutton" in first menue

yes in first picture i select full test from my home button..
and second picture when i click power button.. power writing goes out.. but when click menu and back button nothing happen....
in this stage i see 2 home here.. one goes out when click home.. but another still here

this is a function test of your buttons, i'm not for 100% sure but for 99% that your phone is corrupt than
because this menue is independend from the os/fw :/

but maybe n2k1 can confirm my worry?

First: The "error" in DroidTools ist not an error - it is only a impotant message, the CPU is not a SDK4x12 (equal in Galaxy S3) - CPU is "only" a dual core MT6577 (Look at the left window!)

Second: What happens, if you press softkey?
Turn lights on?
Nothing?

Why you don't use the stock firmware for test?

he doesn't have HIS stock fw. So i sent him the stock fw of this phone, but somehow it doesn't seem 100% the same?!?

And please have a look on the RIGHT window! Not the one on the left.

Is it problem in my phone hardware?

Now i use his Apps.. SoftKeys for ROOT USERS - Android Apps auf Google Play

when i use this software.. softkey button light turn on when i use ..

If the softkey button light turn on, so it must be a software failure - not Hardware.

another thing.. when i open my phone a recovery mode... there i only use volume key for go up and down.. but if i want to select a option from softkey..it nothing.. softkey not working..

So.. softkey not working in recovery mode or a normal mode..

Is this any solution?

N.B: last Before flashing a FW my soft key is working.. but for a wifi problem I flash 3 or 4 time to wrong FW and try to phone open but phone not open, then last i Flash this File Firmware fuer HDC GT-N7102 - Seite 9 upload my composer cause his phone is same to me.. then my phone is open but softkey not working..even when go to recovery mode ..softkey not working..
