Option 1: Exchange for product(s) of equivalent value.
In this case, please kindly give us the product link (url) you would like to order instead. Please indicate the size/color too if applicable.
If there is any price difference, we will either ask you to pay it or we will refund the balance if any.
Option 2: Refund the item to your GB Wallet (store credit)
We will refund the unavailable item price and exceptionally reward you with extra points (e.g. If your item is 1usd = 2 points , 3usd=3*2 points => get 6 points etc)(Note:Orders paid with Wallet are not subject to extra points.)
You can use both your wallet and points to purchase your future products.
Option 3:Refund to your Payment Account
By the meantime if the item(s) is available and we haven’t received your reply, we will ship out your remaining item(s).
If these items are not shipped out after 3 days and we did not received your reply, we will refund the unavailable item price to your GB Wallet automatically.
