Es gibt also doch realistische Hoffnung für das Oppo 7 Im Mai vl Anfang Juni : ich zitiere einen Beitrag aus dem Oppoforum
OPPO Find 7 and 7a to launch in Malaysia on May 7th 2014
We’ve just spoken with an Oppo executive earlier today and besides the fact that ‘flashing’ and ‘rooting’ the N1 won’t void its warranty, we were being briefed with a bunch of other good news as well.
Though we already know that Oppo has begun taking Find 7a pre-orders and it will begin shipping on May 15th, he told us that the company will be launching Find 7 and Find 7a on May 7th, 2014. That’s right, both devices will be officially unveiled in Malaysia in two weeks’ time.
It is unclear why Oppo is not taking Find 7 pre-orders, but the official availability will definitely come after Find 7a’s release on May 15th. Though we’re not sure when exactly, but it should be within a few weeks after mid-May.
The Oppo N1 we’ve reviewed comes with ColorOS version 1.0, that is based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Both Oppo Find 7 and 7a will be preinstalled with ColorOS 1.2, that’s based on Android 4.3.
We were also being told that the Oppo N1 will also get the ColorOS 1.2 OTA update, just a week or two after the 7a’s release.
Additionally, Oppo has finalized and is currently testing its next version of the OEM skin — ColorOS 1.4 — and apparently it will be based on Android 4.4 KitKat. Because Oppo will be adding its own host of features, there is a possibility that the company will make the versioning number jump to ColorOS 2.0. The release is scheduled for the June/July timeframe, and all three — Find 7, Find 7a, and N1 — will get this update.
When questioned whether other low-end Oppo devices, such as the R1, Find 5 Mini, or the Neo, will get ColorOS 2.0 or not, he said it has yet to be decided or finalized.
We look forward to the official launch this May 7th.
