Tops HD2/ HD9 Android 2.2 Dual Sim (Etowalk) with INVALID IMEI on both sims !

Hello all,


I have just received my Tops HD9/HD2 Android dual sim mobile and it looks and works great. Except... The phone.. Both SIMS give the INVALID IMEI message. When typing *#06# it also says Invalid IMEI on both SIMS.

Last night I discovered I sometimes have reception for a minute or less, (sometimes one sim sometimes both) and I even made a call. But now it has been back to nothing permanently.

I have downloaded several IMEI writer programs presumably for MTK models, but none work.

No response sofar from Etowalk

Could anyone provide me with a solution?

No one? Please also read my update thread (in German) including downloadlink to the newest Android 2.2 version 4 ROM for the Etowalk/ Tops HD2/HD9.
