Star x920 sim network problem

Problem with my star x920 is that it doesn't catch any network.

When first started, it searches for it, but then network status disappeares.

I have noticed when I try to open Sim Toolkit app, it sais that it is not installed on device, but when I try to install one downloaded from internet, it aborts the installation.

If anyone had similar issue, it would be nice to say how he fixed it.

I have read the post. Unfortunatelly, my problem is complete different. I think that I have hardware issue.
