pinphone 3GS gprs settings

hello,

i managed to install the mms settings on my pinphone but when i want to download an mms then i get the message that i am not subscribed to GPRS.

how can i set this for my phone , i live in belgium

You Must Klick On your Mobile On Install Paket.
