I have a problem, a friend gave me a copy of the Galaxy S6, but no android in phone, and I can't figure out what ROM and how to upload, I can't find neither the name of the phone. When you start there will remain the logo of android and nothing happens. Could you help me out ? Thanks. Sorry for

Yes. I was hoping that this translates to some Manufacturing company name. But unfortunatey 进网许可 only translates to network license.

Now i tried to google that number on the sticker, but didnt find anything. But it came also up with the link to tenaa, which is responsible for the network license. Found this link where you can type in those numbers and find some information.

The last number on the sticker should be the manufacturing ID. but then this whole sticker could be just fake too.
Also the applicant number seems to be missing. If I filled in those numbers correctly, I dont know.

Well no clue what that means lol . I need to figure out how that site works.

here in the forum some people have got the HDC S6, which is some clone with MT6582. But in the end it could be anything.

This is not a HDC, it is impossible to break down and looks completly as well as the right S6, and this is a fact chinesse

can you at least get into recovery mode? probably with volume + and power on or something. And maybe do a factory reset ?

Uh.. this looks like wrong preloader..
But if I remember right, there is a way to read back the ROM inside.. if the system is right (and only preloader and/or boot image is wrong) there is a chance to get the device name from build.prop
On the other hand, there is a way to identify the device with the stickers inside (or the letters on the PCB)
