DHL Shipping Issues

I got know some forum members buy smartphone from us, while have questions about the DHL shipping issues. Here is the answer, hoping it will clear up all your worries and confuse.

Q1: When would my orders picked up?
DHL is a very fast shipping method, so when you place orders, mostly the parcel would be picked up on that day or the other day, then it wouldn't take so much time.

Q2: When does my order shipped?
When you orders picked up from our warehouse, they would be transmitted to the airport, then when parcels arrived there, ready to be shipped.

Q3: Why I have tracking number but no tracking information on the Internet?
When you get the tracking number, it means you orders have arrived the airport, and waiting in line for on board. While waiting takes time.

In normal situation, when you get the tracking number, on next day you could track the information. But now is the busy season so it may takes 3 or 4 days for you to get the information.

So do not worry, friends. Just wait the information for several days, if days past, while you still can not find anything, feel free to contact me via Skype or e-mail, I would do help you as I can.
