haipad i9300 fake Jellybean

Hi,
I bought this Haipad i9300 mtk 6577 phone. Settings said it has Jellybean, but it's a a fake it is ICS (you can see it by pressing several time on the android version). Now I'm wondering if there is any chanc eto update to jellybean my phone...
