Display problem : the colors aren't allright. PinPhone 3GS i835NG FW v1.19

Hello everybody,

I've got a problem with my PinPhone 3GS (Idon't know if it's X6 but firmware is i835NG) :
After I lended my phone to someone,
Know the colors are shifted. Like Negative film.
In technician mode when I test the display I've got following results :
Red -> Cyan
Green -> Purple
Blue -> Yellow
White -> White
Black -> White

Although the colors are strange in almost all screens (main screen, photo or video preview), some menu seems to be OK and display colors correctly (can see the green color).
This makes me think is not a hardware issue (no need to change LCD ?). But firmware or configuration issue (virus ? ).
I've tried to reset to factory default with 1122 password but doesn't change.

Do you know another way to hard reset this phone ? Another solution ?

To me this very much sounds like a hardware problem, forget a virus or settings theory, I bet that's not the case

I first I thought like you. But how to explain that colors are OK in some screens ?

I will try to post some photos of the display.
