Hello Ahmed, what programs are you looking for ?
You can find a large amount of programs with google, or at xda developers, pocketpc, etc
Most common is the .cab format, download the file to your pc, copy it to the storage card and open the file.
Your device will ask you in which directory you want to install, for the most, storage card is best choice, keeps the system fast and slim.
