Ciphone C4 (4GS) Help ! Pleasee!

Hello!

I got this ciphone:

Ciphone 4GS (Ciphone C4) Windows Mobile 6.1 / 6.5 WIFI and GPS Smartphone (8GB) iPhone 4 Style
At present this phone only with white blank screen.
I can't switch off and no any response.. This white screen until the charge off...
“Power key”, “Volume Up” & “Home Key” simultaneously pressing just restart again the phone and just the blank white screen again.

Somebody can help me to resurrect it?
