Ich hab einen Verkäufer in China gefunden, der angäblich Original Elektroprodukte verkauft.

Ich wollte das mal testen und hab nen iPhone 3G 16GB bestellt. (Total200USD incl. Post)

Angeblich bekomme ich auch noch 1 Jahr Garantie, wo ich in allen Apple Stores gehen kann.
Gesagt getan: Per Western Union hab ich den Betrag gesendet.
Als ich dann am nächsten Tag den Verkäufer gefragt habe, ob er es abgeschcikt habe, sagte er ja , mit DHL.
Ich bin Wohnhaft in Schweiz, Zürich.
Naja, als ich ihn nach der Trackin No. gefragt habe, sagte er ich shicke es dir er Mail.
Naja, ich habe gewaret, gewartet, kein Mail!
nächsten Tag hab ich dann ein Mail geschrieben.
Daraufhin Schrieb er mir das Zurück:

Dear friend :[/FONT] How are you doing :
I send the document of custom already ,did you get it ?i am very sorry to about that ,sorry we could not know it early! please be considerate!we have sent the item to the custom already ,but the custom detain it .so you need to pay 150 USD for duty .

Darauf hab ich dann mit was meinst du? wieso muss ich 150 dollar bezahlen.. u.s.w. geantwortet.
Dear friend : I am very sorry about that .we sent your item to the custom already .but they asked you need pay 70$ for the duty ,the product is detained at the custom of china .after you pay the duty .they wlll confirm send the product .they will give us the tracking number and you can use it track your item .

Ich meine, ich muss doch sicher nicht Zoll gebühren von CHina bezahlen oder? ich verstehe das nicht soo..
