Wie läuft das eigentlich mit dem Kauf vom Xiaomi Mi3 ab? Ich war gerade auf http://www.xiaomi.com/ und finde dort nicht einmal den Schalter um auf die englische Webpräsenz zu gelangen. Ich würde gerne mein Glück versuchen am 7.1. ein Modell zu ergattern. Oder habe ich da grundlegend etwas missverstanden und sie verkaufen nicht direkt die Handys (so wie z.B. google's Playstore, da kann man ja immer die Nexusgeräte ordern)?

du kannst dir das mit dem chromebrowser übersetzen lassen,Xiaomi verkauft bis jetzt aber eh noch nicht direkt ausserhalb chinas und es ist auch sehr schwer ein ticket zu bekommen und dann auch bei der verlosung eins zu erstehen,
lieber warten bis einschlägige shops welche haben

Was soll an dem Teil eigentlich so toll sein?
Im Vergleich zu den "normalen" europäischen Snapdragon800 Smartphones fehlt LTE und im vergleich zu jedem Mediatek Smartphone fehlt die Dual-Sim Fähigkeit...
Der Akku ist nicht wechselbar, der Speicher ist nicht erweiterbar, es ist im Verhältnis zur Displaygröße nicht wirklich kompakt und sonstige Besonderheiten (z.B. IP55/57) sucht man ebenfalls vergeblich...


Erinnert irgendwie ziemlich ans Iphone:
genau so künstlich verknappt, genau so overhyped und dabei trotzdem genau so gewöhnlich

es ist KEIN mainstream handy,
