T5353 with UMTS support?

Greeting from a newbie here.
I was thinking to try buying a cheap Chinese phone, and I found the following in Alibaba:

Please look the specs. It says:
Support HSPA/WCDMA network 900/2100MHz,but not support 3G function
Does this means that will connect with HSDPA present in Greece? and give broandband internebt access?

In fact these statements are contradictory...
I don't know this phone myself, but strongly assume that it does not support HSDPA, like all other T53xx HTC clones that are offered at present.

In this forum, there were also some concerns if alibaba is a trustworthy seller.

So alternatively, you may also have a look at what e.g. www.etowalk.com or www.fastcardtech.com are offering.
