Bought a THL 5000 from Efox last November...all well until the on-off stopped working. I sent the phone in to repair last August. This "free" repair cost me 27 Euros to mail to China. ( no they don't have an European repair shop ) I just received the phone back from them after 3 MONTHS and the phone was not repaired. Because the warranty is about to run out I decided to open the back of the phone and found that the seal on one of the screws HAD NOT BEEN BROKEN and therefore the back of the phone had not been opened in the repair shop. THE CHINESE REPAIR SHOP HAD NOT OPENED THE BACK OF THE PHONE !
Now I am told they will send me the part and I can try to have it repaired here in Austria...good luck....
I had a similar problem with Banggood and they sent me a replacement phone. In the last three years I have not had a Chinese phone that has lasted the warranty period...It is getting too expensive to have a cheap phone...
