GPS,BT,WIFI:They always be in it.
The house:Clone one?or We design a new one?
Character:Good at playing media,and support all the media in this world.(Rockchip is good at designing and building MP4.)
Single or dual sim:It only supports single sim.
The most important thing-the price:what is your exception?

If you want success, the phone price should be round about 200$! So take 3.8 inch with 1Ghz and create a very slim phone! ram and Rom minimum requires 512/768mb! Android 2.2 is a must have!

If its a media phone I would suggest a 4" capacitive FWGA display (480*854) so playback can have a true 16:9 ratio, good speakers and at least a 1 GHz SOC. As for the cover I would suggest to clone it so you can use original accessories like casing and charger and not customized like with the A5000 where it is harder to find a case and screenprotectors.

As for the price not more than 200 Euro.

I propose for new phone, resolution min 4.1 inch (480x800 or 480x854), capacitive, real 5 Mega Pixel, E-Compass, MINIMUM Cpu > 600Mhz, RAM/ROM 512/512.
Price round about 170 Euros, not more.

I'd say 3G is very important aswell, why bother buying a good phone without 3G functionality.So 3G(HSDPA etc etc.) is a must have aswell.For connectors I suggest the new micro USB standard, for earphones 3,5mm jack.Price shouldn't be more than 200€ or around 250US$.

uh, interesting topic!

I would sugest:
3G chip if its target market is europe or america
'N' class wlan adapter for aditional transfer speed if it does not up the build costs too much.
an open source tree (that could draw a massive fanbase) but i think RockCkip will throw rocks in your path there.
If it is going to be a RockChip Multimedia CPU a TV-Out option would be cool (maybe via USB or headphone jack)
Standard ports!! Mini or Micro USB and a standard headphone jack, charge via USB-port.
Hardware buttons for volume up-down +the standard Android functions (maybe some extra for hardware wifi on/off and other stuff you like)
Capacitive screen '^^

Dont need a g-sensor (touch button could turn the screen) but if then one that does not jump all over the place.
Dont needa good camera (thats what cameras are for) still one for video chat and QR-codes would be cool.
Dont need HQ speakers. The headphones should be enough.

Need a rock solid backup/recovery system to minimize user caused frustration.
