My ciphone c6 a is getting stuck , help plzzzzzzz

I am a new member to this forum ..

I bought before few days a Ciphone C6 with 16gb external memory ( V.1 not V.2) , with english support

Was fine , till yesterday , became frozen ,

It just starts for few seconds then stuck ,

I do restart, I got the same result ,

I can loggin the external memory by the USB to Pc , and can browse the external memory and the original rom …

So I tried to reset to the original setting , by press the volume buttons with the restart button , I see the green screen , it mention an error in the ROM image .


So how can I restore the original setting , or can you help me plz

Shut down the Phone, then restart ist with these Buttons: Start-Home-VolumeUP so you get in Downloadmode! Before this, you have to install the older FW on your PC and run it...if you see that Software ist on Search Mode then connect via USB to this PC! It should update now!
