MT6575 i9220 Rooting Problem

I have a SKY Galaxy Note I9220 LTE MTK6575 5.3 inch Screen Android 4.0 3G WCDMA Dual sim Dual standby 8MP WIFI GPS
Android Version: 4.0.6
Baseband Version: MAUI.11AMD.W11.50.SP.V17, 2012/05/05 15:38
Kernel Version: 3.0.13

When I try to root it...I get this: What is the solution ? Any help will be much appreciated...

Yes, I have tried that...no luck...
I can re-boot into Recovery, but cannot re-boot into Bootloader.
I cannot mount /System in RW...even after changing it via Root Explorer from R-O to R/W, the permissions go back to R-O when re-booted.
Any ideas on how I can gain RW control over /system ?
