Internal storage and phone storage Star-Galaxy-Note-2-GT-N7102

Hello I have this this phone
Star Galaxy Note 2 GT N7102 - $199.00

In phone storage option I see this
( See Image 1)
Internal storage 16GB


But it not 16 GB
when i go to Application option it see this ( see Image 2)
Only 503 MB


And Phone storage see 2 GB
(see Image 3)


I want to convert phone storage in to internal storage. how?
or i want to create internal storage 2 GB instead of 503 Mb.. so i can setup more application in my phone..

Can Any one Help me For this..

Please open ADB shell and try this command: df -h post here the screen.
Now try this command: mount and post the new screen.

To change partition sizes, you can use the attached application.

Make backup of your data (as tar), install app, run app, choose 2,5GB, reboot into CWR and format data partition. Recover your data and reboot your system.
Now you will have 2,5 GB internal data.
Remember: Now you should change the vold.fstab to mount external SD card as first SD.
how can i do this( read color write)

In the vold.fstab are 2 lines to Mount internal and external SD-Cards.
Now Change the moutpint of external SD-Card to the mountpoint shown for the internal SD-Card and disable the other line (just by setting a # as first character in the line)

and in the next line both sdcard2 into sdcard.
